Sean Esler is a technology executive, cybersecurity specialist, and business consultant with more than 30 years of experience supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs through strategic technology implementation and operational development. As Founder and President of Edge Systems, he designs and deploys secure, scalable IT infrastructures tailored specifically for small organizations. His expertise includes cybersecurity compliance (HIPAA and regulatory frameworks), network architecture, cloud migration, business continuity planning, and operational process optimization.
In addition to leading managed IT initiatives, Sean serves as a consultant to entrepreneurs, helping them build sustainable business models, improve financial forecasting, and align technology strategy with long-term growth objectives. He holds multiple software copyrights and has developed proprietary business tools to support startup and early-stage planning.

Sean has been recognized with the Seminole Business Award and separately honored as Business Person of the Year, along with other industry distinctions acknowledging leadership, innovation, and business impact.
Beyond his professional work, Sean remains actively engaged in the community. He serves as a Technology Advisor for Seminole County Public Schools, providing strategic technical insight on initiatives impacting one of the region’s largest public institutions, and supports multiple local causes and leadership initiatives throughout Seminole County.
