This summer, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, WFTV and Hearts, Hands and Hope, Inc. are calling on Central Floridians to clean out their closets and pantries to support families facing food insecurity. As the summer break starts, parents who are cleaning out their kids’ closets and drawers for clothes and shoes they’ve outgrown also have an opportunity to make space in their kitchen cabinets and pantry. Goodwill expands: Organization will open 2 new Donation Xpress centers in June
ORLANDO, Fla. (May 22, 2024) – Central Floridians looking to do good by donating clothing and household items that they no longer need or want will soon have two new options. Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is opening a Donation Xpress (DX) in Ormond Beach, located at 1425 W. Granada Blvd., and another DX in Orlando, located at 7250 Aloma Ave., on June 3. Combined, these spaces will add just over a half-dozen jobs to the local workforce and provide a more convenient way to drop off gently used
