Every time we leave a Professional Women's Luncheon, we feel just a bit more inspired. We're inspired to help our community. We're inspired to help our friends. We're inspired to help ourselves.
Thursday's sold-out event featuring Karen Keene was no different. There were gasps and cheers and a few people were tearing up.
But everyone walked away with something that can help them professionally and personally.
For instance, Karen talked about her "MAP," the three pillars that set the foundation of her life. MAP stands for Mindest, Asking for Help and Permission. She went into this in much more detail at the event.
If you haven't heard Karen's story, please take a minute to watch this video about her and how she is a survivor of tremendous tragedy from our title sponsor, Orlando Health.
In addition, VyStar Credit Union announced that in 2025, they will be donating to a different non-profit member at every Professional Women's Luncheon they sponsor. At this lunch, they donated to the Sharing Center, which was chosen by our speaker.
Finally, thank you to these two companies and all our sponsors who make all of the chamber events great: The Orlando Law Group, Verizon, Florida Blue, Addition Financial, Sonata Senior Living, Orlando Magic. JPMorganChase, Fairvilla. Orlando Pride and One School of the Arts & Sciences
