Seminole Science Charter School (SSCS) has been named a 2024 State School of Character by Character.org. Every year, Character.org honors schools that have created an intentional, proactive and thorough approach to incorporating character into all aspects of school life. Seminole Science Charter School scored high in all of Character.org’s 11 Principles Framework for Schools criteria, which includes culture and climate, social and emotional learning, student engagement, academic achievement and parent engagement, among others. The school is now being considered for the recognition of “National School of Character.” SSCS is devoted to enriching the lives of students with the integration of STEM curriculum, providing a diverse student population with a well-rounded educational experience.
