Pegasus Insurance Agency Becomes an Official Member of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents

Pegasus Insurance Agency, a trusted and locally-owned independent insurance agency, is proud to announce its recent affiliation with the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA).

Pegasus officially became a member of FAIA on September 1, 2023, gaining access to valuable resources, support, and networks within Florida’s widespread insurance industry. By joining FAIA, Pegasus also gains access to Trusted Choice and the Big I, opening doors to new opportunities and industry connections.

FAIA is a distinguished nonprofit state trade association affiliated with the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Inc. For over a century, FAIA has been the central source of information and support for nearly 2,000 independent property and casualty agency members, encompassing nearly 25,000 licensed professionals. FAIA is devoted to strengthening the independent agency system through education, legislation, communication, and member services. Throughout the year, FAIA hosts various meetings, including Capitol Days in Tallahassee during the legislative session, an annual Convention and Education Symposium in June, and a Summer Leadership Conference in August.

Owner and founder, Mike Kryger, who has been at the forefront of Pegasus's success, attended the FAIA's annual convention at the Gaylord Palms back in June. This convention proved to be an incredibly productive and enlightening experience, offering valuable insights and knowledge that will benefit Pegasus's clients and services. Looking ahead to January 2024, Mike Kryger will be attending Capital Days in Tallahassee with FAIA. This event presents an opportunity to engage with legislators and lobbyists, allowing Pegasus Insurance Agency to contribute to meaningful discussions while staying informed about the latest developments in the insurance industry.
