Leadership Seminole announces Prestigious National Speakers for Annual Leadership Summit: Life. Leader. Legacy

LAKE MARY, FL, December 3, 2025 – For over 10 years, Leadership Seminole has welcomed corporate executives, celebrities, sports heroes, and more to their annual Summit. Leadership Seminole is excited to announce the lineup of distinguished national speakers for its 11th Annual Leadership Summit, themed "Life. Leader. Legacy." This event, scheduled for January 30, 2026, at The Rink at Northland Church, will focus on life’s journeys, leading with purpose, and leaving a lasting legacy.

“Life. Leader. Legacy." will immerse attendees in a day of inspiration, empowerment, and networking. The summit will feature a dynamic roster of speakers who will share invaluable insights and strategies to help participants enhance their leadership skills and extend their influence. Drawing over 300 influential leaders from Seminole County and beyond, this event is an unmissable opportunity to forge connections and foster both personal and professional growth.

FEATURED SPEAKERS:

• Danni Adams, known as Amapoundcake, is a creative strategist and storyteller who empowers brands to create impactful movements. A Florida State University alum and 30 Under 30 Award recipient, Danni's insights have been shared globally.

• Steve Anderson, a leader in insurance and technology, has over 35 years of experience. Author of The Bezos Letters, he is a Top 20 Global InsurTech Influencer with a vast following.

• Kenneth Clark, founder of Vibrant Families Inc., is dedicated to empowering individuals through leadership and community initiatives, with over 20 years of experience.

• Dr. Elizabeth “Betsy” Dovec,  is a pioneering bariatric surgeon and CEO of BodyByBariatrics, known for her innovative approach to obesity care and patient-centered services.

• Camara Gaither, Orlando’s Poet Laureate, is a spoken-word artist and mental health therapist who uses creativity and storytelling to foster community and healing.

• Frank Martz, City Manager of Altamonte Springs, is recognized for innovative city governance and pioneering initiatives in mobility and sustainability.

• Nick Nanton, a 22-time Emmy Award winner, is a director-producer and author known for impactful storytelling in film and media.

• Melissa Tony Stires, expert in emotional intelligence and AI-driven leadership, combines innovation with empathy to enhance digital connections globally.

• Amy Sweezey, meteorologist and author, focuses on weather education and storytelling, drawing from her extensive broadcast career and educational initiatives.
