How well do you really know Seminole County's iconic brands?
Do you know what it takes to serve you a perfectly brewed Weissbier at Hollerbach's German Restaurant?
Can you imagine the work needed to feed a giraffe? How about finding a new home for nearly 30,000 dogs and cats?
This month, the Seminole County Chamber teamed with Eye AM Media to launch ChamberWORKS, a new video series where President & CEO Rebekah Arthur spends a day working in some of our community's most recognizable businesses.
Check out her day at Sanford's Pet Rescue by Judy where she washes the dogs, feeds the cats and, yes, picks up poop. But, along the way, she's able to help tell the story of how Pet Rescue by Judy has truly grown into a major non-profit, and what is in store for its future.
"We often take for granted how our food is served perfectly every time or how our garbage is collected and taken away," Arthur says. "ChamberWORKS will provide an insight into our members that they wouldn't get in any other way. Plus, it will truly showcase the diversity of local businesses making an impact on Seminole County every day."
The chamber will be releasing a new episode once a month. Don't miss one as you will learn something new every time.
