Crooms Academy of information Technology is Seminole County Public School's only dedicated magnet high school. Our focus is IT and making sure our students are future ready upon graduation. Our students have many opportunities for career exploration through guest speakers, worksite tours, internships and our signature event, TechFest.
TechFest is a Business and IT conference we hold on our campus for our students and staff. Our students get to experience what being at a conference is like, including dressing professionally for it! Most importantly, they get to connect with local business professionals and community leaders about education and employment opportunities in our area.
Our TechFest is scheduled for March 14, 2024, from 8am-11am. During TechFest, our students visit our exhibit hall and sponsor booths, but also attend breakout sessions and hear our keynote speaker in our cafeteria. We are looking for speakers for our breakout sessions. There are four sessions total, and each session runs for 40 minutes. The first session begins at 8am and the last session begins at 10:10am.
