One of the key ways the Seminole County Chamber remains one of the top chambers in Florida is by ensuring its team is at the forefront of new trends in our industry.
Across the state, chambers are finding new ways to improve their efforts to help businesses grow and help communities excel. A five-star accredited chamber like the Seminole County Chamber must know what can truly help its members accomplish their goals.
This week, our chamber team attended the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals conference, giving them an opportunity to learn from chamber experts and build relationships with their counterparts from all over the state.
"FACP has proven to be one of the best ways we can invest in our chamber, giving our team opportunities to learn about the industry they've chosen to be a part of," says Rebekah Arthur, president & CEO, Seminole County Chamber and FACP board member. "This organization has been central to my growth over the years and it's tremendous to see the excitement our team has in implementing what they learned this week."
The conference touched on a wide range of chamber topics, including:
- Building and increasing social media interactions,
- Using AI as a tool to enhance chamber initiatives,
- Bringing Generation Z and Millennials into the chamber.
- Maximizing tiered dues, and
- Integrating KPIs into chamber analysis.
The Seminole County Chamber has been a part of FACP for more than 20 years. To learn more, please click here.
