CareerSource Central Florida announces new leadership roles

On behalf of CareerSource Central Florida, we’re excited to announce Nilda Blanco and Gina Ronokarijo have assumed new leadership roles here at CareerSource Central Florida as we journey towards our BOLD future.
 
Nilda Blanco has transitioned into a new position as Sr. Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Nilda has more than 20 years of experience in the workforce industry.  She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and prosperity in targeted counties and municipalities. She also supports talent development through CSCF’s partnerships with industries and educational institutions. This will be especially important in the semi-conductor industry to support new funding awarded through the National Science Foundation in Osceola County. Nilda will be working closely with local businesses, industry leaders, community stakeholders, and educational institutions to foster and manage partnerships focused on new economic development initiatives.
 
Gina Ronokarijo has been promoted to Vice President of Workforce Operations. Gina's role includes strategic planning and program development, as well as leading the team delivering critical services to job seekers and businesses. From leadership and compliance to front-line service, Gina has a deep knowledge of Florida’s workforce system, and brings her valued experience and expertise to this role. With more than a decade of workforce experience, Gina has created long-standing and strong partnerships built on collaboration and opportunity for career seekers, educational providers, employers, and key stakeholders.
