As a Director of Business Development for the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP), Tracy is responsible for recruitment, retention and growth of value-added targeted industries and marketing the four-county Orlando region as a prime business destination. Her industry sector focus is Corporate Headquarters & Regional Offices (which also includes Professional, Financial and Shared Svcs. as well as Contact Centers).
She has over 23 years of experience in Economic Development & Marketing (21 years with the former EDC and prior to that, with the former Florida Department of Commerce).
Tracy has served on the boards of the Florida Economic Development Council (FEDC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the American Cancer Society and Leadership Seminole. She is a graduate of FSU, Leadership Seminole and Leadership Orlando.
