Epilepsy Association of Central Florida

Founded in 1962, the Epilepsy Association is a not-for-profit, community-based organization dedicated to serving individuals affected by epilepsy. The Association now reaches millions of people each month across more than 150 countries, providing epilepsy-related news, education, and support.

In Central Florida, where the organization is based, we offer direct medical care for uninsured and economically disadvantaged individuals, as well as epilepsy education and prevention programs.

Our work is guided by a locally elected volunteer Board of Directors, composed of professionals, civic leaders, and community members who oversee and direct the organization’s activities.
