Become a G.E.M! (Gator Education Member)
This class will go over Federal, State and local Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs available to assist more clients and how the programs work.
This class is a certificate training and you will receive a certificate of completion and special designation as a G.E.M. in the professional Directory. The Certificate will be good for one year and must be updated by attending an updated DPA Class each year. The designation will show home buyers that you have an understanding of different DPA which is a huge benefit to the home buyer. Become a UF/IFAS Central Florida Housing Program G.E.M.!
