In our day to day hustle and bustle, we sometimes take for granted, without realizing, the most simple things. While others are fighting for their lives, there are some of us who are blessed to get through the day never knowing what that challenge is like. We all are connected and at the source of it all, we all help in our own ways.
We have sat down with Margaret Guedes, CEO and Founder of Kids Beating Cancer, with the hopes that we will be able to help their mission. “Kids Beating Cancer serves children diagnosed with leukemia, cancer, and 80 other malignant and non- malignant life threatening diseases."
Today our sellers along with Gitta Sells and Associates came up with a plan to put together an exclusive, invitation only event, to those people who have a voice in the community and in their industries. We are Listing their home at $1,420,900 and if we can sell this home the sellers would like to donate 1% of the sale of their home to Kids Beating Cancer.
We are not asking of you to buy this home but to come and view in hopes that you may know someone, who might know someone that may be interested in telling someone to take a look at this home, if it is the right fit for them.

Celebrity Vegan Chef Sandi Morais, author of Vegan Recipe for Life cook book will be pro- viding delicious Vegan Nutty TruffleBliz Bites. Her recipes have been featured in local newspapers and national magazines. Vegan Chef Sandi has prepared meals for various celebrities and demonstrated some of her Vegan meals at the Tupperware and the Central Florida Fair.
