Physicians and Healthcare Workers Employment Agreements
In this seminar, we explain physician employment agreements, including their structure and terminology, compensation and benefits, compliance with laws and regulations, and types of insurance. We discuss negotiation considerations and the importance of understanding the contract terms. We also address the various methods of compensation, additional benefits, and compliance with regulations such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act. Attendees will learn about the two primary types of insurance: claims-made and occurrence-based.
